Who am I?

I am a businessman, whose activity is consulting on strategic management in order to make things happen!

My fields of expertise, after more than 20 years dedicated to this profession are: strategic management, corporate governance and management of people. I work for all types of organizations: small or large companies, listed or unlisted, non-profit private or public. I have knowledge of different sectors: food and beverage, insurance, audiovisual equipment, distribution, pharmaceuticals, fashion, finance, real estate, chemical, healthcare, professional services. But I can contribute in any other sector since the minimum knowledge necessary to learn. More than 20 years of occupation have taught me well.

I graduated in Economics and Business - 1982 (UB) - and I did a PhD in Management Sciences in 2000 and 2001 (Busieness ESADE Business School).

I have been teaching in various universities in Catalonia and Spain, and was academic associate of ESADE Business School from 1991 to 2007, assigned to the departments of human resource management and business policy, where I teach in the Bachelor and Master of Business Administration, the MBA and other programs within the Executive Education.
